Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Manuj Verma

Mr. Manuj Verma assumed charge as Chief Executive Officer of HATSOFF Helicopter Training Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, with effect from 01 January 2026.

He is a highly accomplished aerospace professional with over 25 years of distinguished experience at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in the aviation and defence sector, spanning both rotary-wing and fixed-wing platforms.

Mr. Verma brings in depth expertise in helicopter production, programme management, customer support, and technical liaison with the Indian Armed Forces. He has successfully led cross-functional teams and played a key role in the indigenous development, production, and delivery of mission-critical helicopter platforms, including the Light Combat Helicopter (LCH – LSP), Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH Mk III – MR), Cheetal, and Chetak.

His professional strengths include lifecycle management, export support, and enhancement of operational readiness of frontline aviation assets. He has also been closely associated with sustaining Russian-origin fixed-wing fleets, including Su-30 MKI and MiG-21/27 aircraft, and is well regarded for effectively bridging operational and technical interfaces between HAL and the Services at the apex level.

As CEO of HATSOFF, Mr. Verma brings a strong blend of operational insight, leadership, and strategic vision, aimed at strengthening the organisation's role in advanced helicopter training and capability development.
